To all our brother Muslims in the Philippines and the members of Alpha Kappa Rho Fraternity and the general public at large, please take notice that our fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega Philippines, Inc. or APO as we are commonly known, has nothing to do with the FB messages posted by the person whose picture appears hereunder and who calls himself Eduard Pragoso aka Golden Boy. A check with our members data base indicated that subject person is not a member of our Fraternity nor is in any way connected with our official activities.

APO Philippines, Inc. is an organization anchored on the principles of scouting and is focused on activities that will develop leadership and foster friendship among college students and youth movements and provide relevant service activities to various communities and the nation.

We do not entertain nor condone any messages of hate, animosities or violence directed to any sector of our society. We shall not allow Eduard Pragoso aka Golden Boy or any person for that matter to drag our Fraternal Organization in his threat of violence against any Muslim Groups in the Philippines or elsewhere. We are now conducting an investigation and we are resolute in bringing the matter to authorities for prosecution. We hope to work with all of you in bringing to the attention of our authorities his dangerous pronouncements, so that measures will officially be taken against his person to avoid any conflict or negative influence amongst us, law abiding citizens of the Philippines.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this regard, in the name of our Almighty.

Yours Sincerely,

ROEL E. FERNANDEZ
National President
Alpha Phi Omega Philippines, Inc.

EVELYN C. EVANGELIO
National Executive Director
