DICT Asec APO Past National President (DY 1987-89) Carlos Caliwara (Alpha '76), is a practicing lawyer and a legal consultant of the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas. He is also a former municipal legal officer of Tayabas, Quezon. Like President Duterte and DICT secretary Rodolfo Salalima, Caliwara is a law graduate of San Beda College. He completed his undergraduate degree at the Far Eastern University.
