No one with any understanding of world conditions today doubts the need for leaders. But we fear to follow our destiny because we hesitate to accept responsibility.<\/p>\n The real leader is an energiser. He is the spark plug that keeps the engine firing but he does not use his magnetic qualities to advance himself. His powers are all devoted to the advancement of his cause, his goal, his becoming. He knows that he cannot progress unless others progress also, so he carries his followers along with him. He has a sense of purpose and direction. When you say Leaders, I mean not only the people at the top. No matter what vocation calls you, decide that you will a Leader a Friend and a Servant. Be a Leader rather than a boss. Suggest or request rather than command.
