Gen. Jorge Segovia (Eta 1974), chief of the Armed Forces\u2019 Joint Operations Center, presided over the turnover at Camp Capinpin in Tanay, Rizal yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>In 2007, Segovia, a member of the Philippine Military Academy\u2019s Class 1980, served as spokesman for military operations against Moro Islamic Liberation Front rebels in Maguindanao and Lanao del Norte.<\/p>\n<p>He replaced Brig. Gen. Florante Martinez, who was designated as officer-in-charge following the appointment of Maj. Gen.
