He is the first bar topnotcher (top 10) in the history of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) College of Law. He graduated from UP Manila with a degree in political science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Congratulations, brother!
