For your information

During the 4th National Executive Board Meeting held at Vigan, Ilocos Sur on June 22-23, 2002, Resolution No. 4-016, a resolution sponsored by Bro. Boy Lopez was approved requiring the National Executive Secretary to create and maintain two (2) lists and should be displayed conspicuously at the National Office. The first list is the Not-a-Member List (NML). This list will contain the names of those who were declared not a member of this organization. The second list is the Disciplinary Action List (DAL). This list will contain the names of those who were given a Disciplinary Action – suspended or expelled. Both lists should also be made available on the Internet to facillitate dissemination to the members.

Excerpts form the Minutes of the 4th NEB Meeting DY 2002-2003

NA Lopez cited that for the good of the organization, it is best for the National Office to come up with a list of all expelled and suspended members for the information of everyone. He moved that the Board approved his proposal regarding the Not-a-Member List (NML) that will cover all expelled and null and void membership and the Disciplinary Action List (DAL), which lists all suspended members. This two (2) lists will be published on our official website.

Dir. Deveza duly seconded the motion, thus approved.
