For applicants with active credit cards (at least 1 year old)
Just fill up the application form and make sure to provide your credit card details there.
For first time credit card applicants
Together with the completely filled up application form, submit photocopy of the following
- Valid ID
- Billing Statements
- Income Tax Return (ITR)
Secured Credit Card
For applicants who would like to apply for a SECURED (No Credit Investigation – Automatic Approval) credit card:
- Go to the nearest UnionBank branch, fill up the secured card application form there and prepare a minimum deposit of P12,000.00
- Your desired credit limit is 90% of your Time Deposit Amount (1 year TD)
- Make sure to indicate that it is for APO VISA
