As per Board Resolution No. 077 Series of 2017-2019, the National President Bro. Roel E. Fernandez appoints SIS EVELYN C. CAÑETE-EVANGELIO (ID No. 0520-2002-37172 Life) as the Executive Director of the National Office for Development Year 2018-2019, whose term of office, duties and responsibilities are prescribed in the By-Laws of Alpha Phi Omega Philippines Incorporated.  Approved and adopted, 22nd day July 2018 at the Mayor’s Conference Hall, 3rd Floor, Butuan City Hall, Duongan, Butuan City Agusan del Sur, Philippines.
