The entire brotherhood and sisterhood of Alpha Phi Omega Philippines, Incorporated mourn the passing of one of its pillars, National President Carlos M. Caliwara, DY 1987~1989.

Brod Caloy served as the Chair of the Technical Working Group/ConCon that drafted the 2017 APO Code of Bylaws ratified in the Gensan NBGA. He is a lawyer by profession and served as the Secretary General of the APO National Presidents League. He was the Asst. Secretary of the Dept. of Information and Communications Technology at the time of his passing.

On behalf of the National leadership of the APO National Executive Council and the Board of Trustees (NEC~BOT), we extend our deepest sympathies and sincerest condolences to the bereaved Caliwara family.

May perpetual light shines upon him. May he rest in peace.
