ICAPO elects officers
The International Council of Alpha Phi Omega or ICAPO held a meeting at the APO National Convention in Chicago on Sunday, December 28, 2014, and elected its officers for 2015-2016. Elected were Brod Mel S Gonzales Jr, chairman, and Brother Fred Heismeyer, vice-chairman. Brother Beth Tom, M.D., was reelected secretary. The organization has two members: APO-Philippines and APO-USA. Its main task is to establish APO in other countries.
