  3. Dear Come:

My wife, Jasmin S. Mosaid, was conferred honorary membership by Beta Rho Chapter (Notre Dame University, Cotabato City) in the year 2000. This was confirmed by the NEB during the Subic NBC in 2001. In fact, we can show that they have a picture with Bro. Ramon “Bong” Revilla. Since then, she was issued valid APO ID no. 0217-2000-29313.

Please update your records to include her. As her husband, I can vouch for the fact that she was active and supportive in all our activities. In fact, she was appointed RDC Secretary of Region 13 in DY 2003-2005.

I anticipate my gratitude for any positive action on this matter.

Thank you. May we always be.

    Yours in LFS,

    BRO. MAUGAN P. MOSAID
