Not A Member and Disciplinary Action Listings
During the 4th National Executive Board Meeting held at Vigan, Ilocos Sur on June 22-23, 2002, Resolution No. 4-016, a resolution sponsored by Bro. Boy Lopez was approved requiring the National Executive Secretary to create and maintain two (2) lists and should be displayed conspicuously at the National Office. The first list is the Not-a-Member List (NML). This list will contain the names of those who were declared not a member of this organization. The second list is the Disciplinary Action List (DAL). This list will contain the names of those who were given a Disciplinary Action - suspended or expelled. Both lists should also be made available on the Internet to facillitate dissemination to the members.
National Honorary Membership
Honorary Membership. An honorary member is a person who, by virtue of his or her outstanding contribution to the attainment of the ideals and purposes of Alpha Phi Omega, is conferred such membership as recommended by the any collegiate chapter or the National Executive Board and approved by the National Executive Board.

There are many issues that affect the proper representation of our service organization that require our members to behave in a respectable and trustworthy manner online. A comprehensive policy dealing with Internet and email use provides guidelines to members on what is and importantly what is not acceptable use of the technology available to them. ALPHA PHI OMEGA PHILIPPINES, Inc. must protect itself and its members from risks of misuse of this technology.
